Snowy morning

serenissimaIt snowed! They said yesterday it wouldn't stick, but it has! The first snow of the season. When I left my apartment this morning, there was about an inch on the ground, and it was coming down it fluffy little clumps as I drove to work. The predicted high temp today is around 40F, though, so if I go out at lunch time it will probably be melted.
I'm sleepy. I stayed up til around 12:30 last night websurfing and reading a magazine. My alarm sounded at 6 AM, but I snoozed it for 40 minutes and ended up late for carpool. I drove the others anyway.
I really need to go to bed earlier, say a target time of 9 PM, but it's tough when I get home after 7, which is most evenings. On school nights I arrive home around 8:30 because my class lets out at 8 PM. Yesterday we left work late, and I got home at 7:50. I still didn't do any housework last night.
