stomach flu?

Had a sleep-deprived night due to indigestion. Upon rising, the first thing I did was to throw up in the wastebasket. Called in sick, threw up again two hours later from a mere cup of milk, spent the day feverish, lounging around or napping. This morning I had vague thoughts of using this day off to go shopping, but I didn't even have enough energy to take my mail to the post box outside. On the plus side, my stomach has been calm since this morning.
