It snowed last night! About an inch, I think. It is dry and powdery. I didn't realize the weather is so cold, since I was indoors nearly all of yesterday.
One of my college friends is in town -- visiting someone else, but as I have off from work today for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, I'm going to a museum with him.
I'm not sure this will leave me with enough time to finish my housework chores. We shall see. I have to do laundry, sort through some mail I've been ignoring, buy groceries for this week, and tidy my desk-area. I've had my computer for nearly a year now and I still haven't unlocked my copy of MS Office, which would have come in useful on several occasions. The CD key must be somewhere around here under the piles of stuff.
