New addition to the household
May. 15th, 2007 11:46 pmI have a new car! I am excited about it. It's a Honda Civic hybrid. I haven't yet selected a name for it.
My parents are here visiting, to help with the car stuff and the wedding-planning stuff and to spend time with me & the other relatives.
I made a B in my stat class this semester. I did better towards the end of the semester than at the beginning. I made an A on my final project, which balanced out the C from my midterm exam. My final exam score was numerical, and I'm not sure how the prof curved the scores; I think it worked out to a B or maybe a B+. I'm satisfied with that.
Observation unrelated to myself: spring is a very pretty time of year. In this part of the country, I think it beats out autumn for my favorite season, but it comes later than I think it should. It's a little weird for me to notice that it's still light out at almost 8 PM, and not all the daffodils have faded yet.
