catching up
May. 27th, 2006 12:47 pmI read through a quarter of my LJ Friends archive last night, going from 400 messages back to 300 messages back. The archive doesn't seem to extend further than that, so if you posted something important between May 10 and May 13 that I ought to be aware of, speak up. :) I had intended to wake up early this morning and get started on the day around 7 AM, but because I had stayed up late I decided not to set an alarm. I woke naturally at 8 AM, got a bowl of cereal, and plopped in front of the computer again to read more. At 9:30 I decided I had better schedule the chores I want to accomplish this weekend. Here's what I put together, allowing time for dawdling in between tasks:
9:30 - 10 AM: Drop off recyclables at recycling center. Pick up mail that was held at post office.
10 AM - 11:30: Walk or skate at park.
11:30 - 12 PM: Lunch
12 PM - 3 PM: Shower. Launder towels & bedsheets. Change aquarium water.
3 PM - 6 PM: Drop off dry cleaning. Have eyebrows trimmed. Go shopping.
6 PM - 7 PM: Supper
7 PM - 7:30: Wash dishes.
7:30 - 9 PM: Read/sort mail.
So now it's a quarter of 1 PM, I've gotten as far as lunch, and I'm thinking of postponing the laundry until tomorrow. Thing is, I have several loads of clothing to wash in addition to the linens [which are 100% cotton], and it'd be good to run one load already and get it out of the way. Hmm.
I'd like to post later about tree fuzzles and goslings I saw at the park this morning, and maybe a few details from my trip.
