- had my car inspected at the Motor Vehicle Commission since it was overdue by one year
- dropped off my dry cleaning at the cleaners
- copied a photograph to send to my boyfriend
- assembled a package of things said bf requested, and brought it to the post office
- bought groceries
- shopped for structural foundational garments (trying to make that sound not-glamourous, because it wasn't)
- washed a load of laundry
- neatened the living room
- redecorated my weblog
- entered data at work for six hours, reaching the goal I had in mind.
I feel it was a productive weekend. I'm tired, though. I got home from work late Sunday night, and I turned in late last night too, due to a long day at work and then unexpectedly having to run another load of laundry: something got stained and needed washing right away.
This coming weekend will be busy. Friday night should be our second session of the online "Werewolf: the Apocalypse" RPG I've joined, if everyone shows up -- I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Then Saturday, I've been invited to go play paintball with some people from work. It'll be my first time, it's a long way away, and it's expensive enough that I wouldn't want to do this routinely, but I'm excited. I hope I have enough stamina to be tramping through the woods all day. :) I may have to leave a little early, because my mother is arriving Saturday night for a three-week visit. We have several relatives from overseas staying in town, so she wants to spend time with them (and me). She'll arrive in time for the birthday party of one of my cousins Sunday afternoon.
