Cool stamps

I like using stamps with fun pictures on them instead of the plain ordinary flag. Check out some of the new stamps the postal service is coming out with this year (after another rate hike :p ): a right-triangle-shaped stamp commemorating the settlement of Jamestown in Virgina, a beautiful set of four stamps depicting four different pollinators (hummingbird, bees, bat, butterfly) visiting respectively appropriate flowers, 20 different stamps with pictures of Marvel comics superheroes, and a stamp honoring jury duty of all things. And those are just the ones I found most notable.

I actually just picked up a pack of the superhero ones today. They are absolutely awesome. I stuck the Flash on my T-Mobile bill, hoping that'll help it get there not late. ;)

Oh, sure, _now_ they have the really pretty wedding stamps... *grin*

Hmm, have to see how the Marvel superstamps compare to the DC ones...at least Marvel has more women on theirs...

Personally, I think the lavendar & white "wedding hearts" stamps look a little boring. I'd probably opt for the Tiffany glass window stamps to put on wedding invites.
