slight change of plan

The computer security class I was going to take instead of the Linux+ class was also canceled. I could sign up for their other security class, which starts in October... but I'm inclined not to. What if they just cancel that, too? Why not just study on my own and take certification exams separately? I think that's what I'll do. If I change my mind, I still have a couple of weeks to sign up for the other class.
I spend a significant amount of time these days wishing I had taken different classes in college so that I could have graduated in four years, or gotten a master's. I don't like looking backward, but I don't know what to look forward to. Still, there's a lot I haven't yet done toward finding a job. A lot of small tasks. I think I'd rather have a few big tasks. That would be easier to keep track of.
