stuff from this past weekend

Yahoo webmail has increased their disk quota to 100 MB instead of 30. I wonder if this is a response to Google webmail. At any rate, it pleases me.

I went to the wedding of my boss' son on Saturday night. It was a mildly pleasant evening. I liked the opportunity to dress up. My three cousins and my aunt and uncle were there, as well as some other people I know through them. I would have enjoyed the event more if it hadn't run so late into the night, but that was to be expected. Eventually my aunt persuaded me to get out on the dance floor, and I found that I didn't mind dancing in public as much as I have in the past. At least it was something to do -- I was starting to get bored. And sleepy. I left with my two girl cousins and their sig. others before midnight, but my other cousin, who was a groomsman, said the party went on until 6 AM. Yikes.

I'm putting Sunday's thoughts into the next entry.
